These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the j9999 platform ("Platform", "Site") and its user ("User", "You"). By using j9999's website, mobile version, or any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age & Identity

To open an account on j9999, you must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If registration is completed using false information, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Number of Accounts

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be permanently closed and all deposits and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, mobile number, payment method details — must be accurate and up to date. If any information changes, notify j9999 support immediately.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is prohibited. j9999 is not responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

j9999 complies with SSL encryption and fair play policies. As part of the verification process, we may request a copy of your national identity card or passport and proof of payment method. If the required documents are not provided, withdrawals may be delayed or suspended.

3.3 Account Balance

Funds deposited in your account can be used for gaming and betting on the j9999 platform. Bonus balance and real balance will be displayed separately. The terms governing the use of bonus balance are detailed in Section 5.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on j9999 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are:

Use the correct reference number when making a deposit. j9999 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal processing time is 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals will always be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Policy

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). j9999 does not charge any transaction fees, however the payment provider's own charges may apply. j9999 reserves the right to hold any payment in cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users on j9999 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposited → bonus ৳1,500 → total balance ৳2,500
• ৳14,000 deposited → bonus ৳10,000 → total balance ৳24,000 (bonus capped at the maximum limit)

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit. The wagering multiplier is 15x.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each account will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn as cash — it can only be used through wagering.
• If any bonus abuse is detected, all bonuses may be cancelled and the associated account may be closed.
• j9999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

Sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming categories are available on the j9999 platform. Each game has its own rules and regulations, which it is the user's responsibility to read and understand before starting a game.

6.2 Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, that bet will be considered void and the deposited amount will be refunded.

6.3 Win/Loss Settlement

For betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, results are settled based on the official results of the relevant international sports authority. In the event of a dispute over a result, j9999's decision will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j9999. Violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Strategically abusing the bonus system (bonus hunting, arbitrage betting).
• Providing a fraudulent identity or false personal information.
• Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's software or security systems.
• Fraudulent activity against other users.
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Playing games or placing bets using robots, bots, or automated software.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the j9999 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and code — is the exclusive property of j9999. Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially using these materials without the prior written permission of the Company is prohibited.

Games and software from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.) are protected under their respective intellectual property laws.

9 Limitation of Liability

j9999 is not responsible for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.

11.2 Closure by User

13 Changes to Terms
